Installing & Pairing the EOS Wi-Fi Smart Lock
Your smart lock is designed to provide you with enhanced security and convenience, and we want to ensure that you have the best experience with it. If you have any questions or encounter any issues during the installation or testing process, please do not hesitate to reach out to our dedicated support team at support@securamsys.com. 1. Download the SECURAM Guard App
This is your gateway to seamless smart lock control. You can find the SECURAM Guard app in your device's app store.
2. Install Your Lock
Follow the instructions in the App to finish installation. (On the main page, click “+” button under Device, select “SECURAM EOS”, follow the instructions to install your lock).
3. Pair Your Device with the Guard App
Follow the step-by-step instructions in the app to connect your smart lock to your smartphone. (On the main page, click “+” button under Device, and follow the instructions to pair your phone).
Please note that for the best results, turn off cellular data during the pairing process.
4. Unlocking with Fingerprint/Unlocking with Password
Familiarize yourself with the different unlocking methods available to you. You can use your fingerprint or set a secure password.
5. Unlocking/Locking Using the App
Test the functionality of your smart lock by unlocking and locking it using the app. This will help you get accustomed to its features and ensure everything is working smoothly.
By participating in the Giveaway, each Participant agrees to the following terms: (1)Time and Official Rules: The program runs from September 11th-17th, 2023. All decisions made by the Sponsor regarding the Giveaway are final. (2) **Eligibility & Integrity**: The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and above with a valid email address and physical address. Participants are required to provide honest feedback, and engagement in any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. (3) Feedback Appreciation: Participants are invited to submit feedback for a chance to win a $15 Amazon gift card. (4) Product Experience: Participants are encouraged to engage with the product as recommended for safety and the best experience. (5) Agreement: Participation indicates acceptance of these terms as well as the decisions made by the Sponsor.

The terms outline the guidelines, rules, and expectations for participation in the Giveaway. Participants should carefully read and understand these terms before entering the Giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the Giveaway or its terms at any time without prior notice. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by the terms and decisions made by the Sponsor. The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or omissions that may affect participation or prize distribution. Any discrepancy between these terms and the official rules as posted by the Sponsor shall be resolved in favor of the official rules. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Participants' information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of the Giveaway and in accordance with the provided privacy policy. The Sponsor disclaims any liability arising from the sharing of participant information or any third-party platforms associated with the Giveaway. This disclaimer applies to all participants and entrants in the Giveaway.

SECURAM, a leading home security company, presents the Smart Lock, Smarter Life Giveaway.
Participation in the giveaway is subject to the following official rules. By entering, you ("Participant") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these rules, and that the decisions of SECURAM are final and binding. Winning a prize depends on fulfilling all requirements outlined herein.
Giveaway Dates
The Smart Lock, Smarter Life Giveaway begins on Monday, September 11, 2023, at 10:00 am PT and ends on Sunday, September 17, 2023, at 11:59 pm PT (the "Entry Period"). No entries will be eligible after the Entry Period ends.
Eligibility
To enter, participants must be legal U.S. residents residing in the forty-eight contiguous United States and Washington DC at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other territories where prohibited. Participants must be 18 years or older. Each participant can submit only one entry regardless of the number of entries submitted. No employee, officer, or agent of SECURAM or its affiliated companies is eligible to enter. All federal, state, and local rules apply. Participants must provide accurate information, and false entries may result in disqualification. No more than one entry per participant during the Entry Period.
How to Enter
Participants may enter by visiting the giveaway registration page at https:securamsys.com/eosgiveaway2023 and providing the required information. The entry must include a valid email address. The entry must adhere to the rules and specifications set by SECURAM.
Prizes
There will be Fifty (50) Prize winners who will receive a SECURAM EOS Wi-Fi Smart Lock. Total Retail Value is $269.
Winner Selection, Notification, and Verification
The Prize winners will be chosen at random at the conclusion of the giveaway. The eligible Prize winners will be notified no later than Friday, September 22, at 11:59 pm PT via the email address provided for entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Participant, the authorized account holder of the email address provided to enter will be deemed to be the Participant. Sponsor may request any potential Prize winner to provide proof that such a person is the winner.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or Prize winner and may refuse to award any Prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the giveaway, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. Entering from multiple email addresses violates these Official Rules and the Participant will be disqualified. Winning is contingent upon compliance with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and fulfilling all requirements stated in these Official Rules.
Each potential Prize winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification and accept the Prize no later than Forty-Eight (48) hours after notification or forfeit all rights to the Prize. In the event a potential Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) award the corresponding Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from all remaining eligible Sweepstakes entries. Any alternate Prize winner is subject to all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. If any potential Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, the Prize will remain unawarded.

By participating in the Giveaway, Participant grants Sponsor permission to correspond with them via email regarding the Giveaway. Sponsor will not sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise disclose Entrant’s personally identifiable information to any third party as permitted by these Official Rules or the privacy policy.
Personal information collected by Sponsor from Participants during the Giveaway is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy available athttps://securamsys.com/privacy-policy/and except as otherwise provided in these Official Rules, is treated in accordance with the terms of that policy. THIS GIVEWAY IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY OTHER PLATFORM. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY A PARTICIPANT WILL ONLY BE USED TO VERIFY THE PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY FOR THE GIVEAWAY AND TO CONTACT THE GIVEAWAY WINNER. SPONSOR HAS NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO PARTICIPANT’S SHARING OF INFORMATION.
